Alexandru TUDOSE background includes an bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer – Production Systems Engineering and Management with a Master Degree in Computer Networks. Other trainings were related to Quality Management including IATF 16949, FMEA, Information Security and Lean Manufacturing.

2002-present: From quality analyst to IATF 16949 consultant and trainer

Alexandru Tudose started his career as an Engineer – Quality analysis Engineer in Takosan Automotive. Performs product(instrument clusters) failures analysis – field failures and 0 KM. Continue studies by following trainings related to quality management, product-process analysis and advanced product quality planing in Dacia Renault institute for Quality and Management, TUV Rheinland.

Starting from 2008 was involved in Certification of Quality Management System for CIE Automotive – Roof Systems – ACS Romania (green field), according ISO 9001 then IATF 16949. Manage succesfully transfer of an assembly line from Germany to Romania (first production in Ro) then pass Renault ASES evaluation. Build the second Intranet Portal – Documents management, Corrective and Preventive Actions Management and other specific modules. From 2016 he start working as management systems and digital transformation consultant for CIE-ACS Romania.Then other projects were supported through online or onsite activities like implementation of integrated management systems for first tier suppliers.

Between 2015-2017 pass successfully core-tools Omnex and Magna trainer exams so became Core tools trainer for Omnex (Lear).

In present he provides consulting activities and trainings for automotive companies related to integration of quality, environment, health, safety and cybersecurity items for first and second tier suppliers including digital transformation of related automotive industry methods.
