Work Experience
Start training program Product-Process Analyst at Dacia Institute for Quality and Management. Training programme covers ISO standards for geometry and tolerancing, problem solving method and related tools, FMEA, Failure Tree and team management methods. Finalization – Certified Product-Process Analyst.
2003-2006: participate in Process FMEA reviews representing Quality Department. Finally became Process FMEA moderator for projects in phase 3 and in production while working for a multinational companies as Advanced Quality Engineer.
2010: Design FMEA moderator while working as Project Quality Leader for a first tier supplier. The project started in France R&D facility and transferred to Romania from Phase 3.
2015-2017: pass Core-tools Omnex examination – Core tools trainer for Omnex (Lear) and ore tools and G8D Magna examination – Core tools and G8D approved trainer for Magna and tart working with Dekra as automotive industry trainer.
Starting from 2019 provides more than 500 hours of training and perform FMEA moderator role for first and second tier suppliers – AIAG FMEA and AIAG VDA FMEA and responsible for implementation of FMEA and R FMEA for first tier-suppliers.
2020-Start long term collaboration with Saint Gobain Sekurit. Implementation of AIAG VDA P FMEA and Reverse FMEA according manual and Group procedures. Provides training and workshop for Garrett Motion (ex. Honeywell).
2021-2022: continue working with Saint Gobain Sekurit and start collaboration with Nobel Automotive – provides training and implementation for Design and Process FMEA.
